My Favorite Supplements

Due to the shitty situation I've dug myself into, I have been taking vitamin supplements to make I don't drop dead or get sick. I've tried quite a few multivitamins in my 21-year stay here on earth (bugbog sa vitamins, as my grandmother would say), and here are the few that I've deemed necessary so that I can function.

But just a disclaimer, I am not a doctor (although my parents wish I was), and what works for me may not work for you. I have discussed this with my doctor and she gave me the go signal to continue taking it if I feel I need it.

I take a multivitamin, Revicon Forte, and here's what it contains. (insert photo).

I also take Vitamin C because I get colds and cough easily, and this helps boost my immune system. It also helps with evening out my skin tone in my opinion.

I have the lowest dose recommended for a Calcium supplement to help with preventing bone disease in the future because I am susceptible to weak bones due to my family history. This is a more convenient way to up my calcium intake than drinking milk which probably has added sugar anyway.

Lastly, for awesome skin, I take Myra. I grew up seeing my grandmother take Vitamin E everyday,
